About Me

Originally from Surrey, I now live in central London with my partner and son.

After studying Psychology and Criminology at the University of Westminster, I took up an exciting career in film and television, whilst in my free time I coached and mentored postgraduate Psychology students who were studying for their masters.

All of a sudden, in my mid twenties, I was diagnosed with a rare auto-immune disorder which affects the sight in my left eye. This inspired me to consider alternative careers which didn’t require quite as much screen time and ultimately it was the driving force in realising my dream of becoming a counsellor.

Helping people has always been at the heart of my life and as such I take a very person centered, holistic approach.
